Our History
From Humble Beginnings to International Expansion
We started our journey from a small room in an apartment complex back in 2009. We didn’t have any money; and sheer magnitude of this business was quite scary. Hence, the beginnings were fraught with fears. However, we made our first international shipment to India within weeks of beginning our endeavors. From that point on, we haven’t turned back and only worked harder to achieve our goal of making more shipments. We have faced many difficulties such as extremely tough market conditions, price fluctuations, supply and demand crisis, logistics challenges due to various domestic and global conditions, and above all managing finances for running several concurrent shipments and day to day operations. Over the course of our tenure, we have helped many suppliers move their materials and helped many customers procure various grades they were searching for their businesses and operational requirements. In this process, we have attempted to build long lasting business relationships with our suppliers and clients alike. As we all know, building trust and reliability is not easy. We have had to make a lot of sacrifices along the way.
In short, the owners Jay Patel and Sachin Jani have built this business from scratch. Initially, things started out small, making trades with businesses in the industry here in the U.S. and also overseas. As more time went by, more calls were made, more clients were approached, and all the footwork of attending conferences, intelligent networking, and of course, word of mouth referrals from satisfied customers helped our business grow.
We have proudly been trading waste paper and plastic scrap products for over 18 years now. With every passing year, there is new growth, and we have expanded our business not just in domestic markets throughout the U.S, but overseas as well.
The Foundation of Our Business
Once we expanded into international trading, we continuously strengthened three core capabilities: procurement, logistics, and customer satisfaction. We support our clients by managing waste paper and plastic scrap requirements efficiently while ensuring every shipment meets the correct commodity grade through EPA procurement guidelines.
By anticipating challenges and responding with experience, consistency, and accountability, we continue to exceed customer expectations. This commitment to quality, reliability, and service has earned us a strong reputation that is recognized throughout the recycling industry.
